FAQ

FAQ: FAQ

HOW MANY SESSIONS IS RECOMMENDED FOR AN ADULT?

Some people find relief of certain physical conditions in just one session, for others it may take a series of sessions.  I find that chronic conditions such as longterm back pain, nervous system disorders, migraines, etc can benefit from consistent sessions every other week for 3-4 weeks. Clients often notice positive changes after just one session however for sustainable a series of sessions is recommended.

HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I BOOK FOR MY CHILD?

Because children have more sensitive systems I find that shorter and more consistent sessions are the most beneficial.  I recommend starting with an initial 45 minute session and then booking two or three 30 minute follow up sessions each following week.  Because I can book out a few weeks in advance I often advise booking both the initial and follow up sessions at the same time to ensure that you will have a place in my schedule after your first visit.  If you have any problem booking more than one session at a time due to financial reasons please email craniosacraltherapysb@gmail.com so I may accommodate you and ensure a spot for you on my schedule
